Zenniz makes tennis courts intelligent. Our system delivers electronic line calling, real-time match analysis, video tools, and gamified drills by turning sensor data and video into insights that help players, coaches, and clubs perform at their best.

Our technology is already used on courts across four continents and in more than 25 countries, and we are growing fast.

We recently raised $6M in growth funding to accelerate our global expansion. As part of this next phase, we are strengthening the operational foundations of the company - including finance. That’s where you come in.


THE POSITION

You own the operational rhythm of finance

As Finance Controller, you ensure that the financial side of Zenniz runs smoothly as we scale internationally.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations and work closely with our leadership team and external accounting partners to make sure financial processes, reporting, and cash visibility support the company’s growth.

Some systems and reporting structures are already being built with our accounting partner; your role is to take operational ownership of them and ensure they work in practice.

What you'll actually do:

  • Own the operational finance rhythm together with our accounting partner

  • Own reporting and forecasting processes and keeps track on profitability

  • Coordinate invoicing, payments, and day-to-day finance processes

  • Take ownership of our credit control process and accounts receivable follow-up

  • Ensure cash flow visibility and maintain internal financial reporting

  • Work with our external accounting partner on monthly financial cycles

  • Maintain and use reporting models being built on the ControlDev platform

  • Ensure financial data flows correctly from our systems into reporting

  • Identify bottlenecks in finance processes and improve how things work

  • Support leadership with financial insights as the company grows internationally

  • Work together with the leadership in creating compelling presentations and reporting on financial matters to various stakeholders


WHO YOU ARE

You are a structured operator who takes ownership and makes things work well:

  • You enjoy bringing structure to growing environments and ensuring processes run as they should. You are comfortable taking responsibility for a domain and ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks.

  • You communicate clearly, stay organized even when priorities shift, and take pride in getting things done properly.

  • You have experience in finance, controlling, or similar operational finance roles

  • You understand the fundamentals of accounting and financial reporting

  • You are comfortable working with systems and financial data

  • You follow up proactively and take ownership of your area of responsibility

  • You communicate clearly with both operational teams and external partners

  • You are comfortable working in an environment where processes are evolving and not everything is predefined.

  • Experience in startup or growth-stage company environments, especially those with physical products, is a strong plus.

  • Experience with tools such as Netvisor, HubSpot, or financial reporting tools is beneficial but not required.

  • You are fluent in English, as we work with international customers, partners, and investors.
