This privacy policy (”Policy”) describes how Zenniz collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data in the United States, when you use the Zenniz smart court services, which includes a mobile application (“App”), court units, paid services (like Zenniz Premium), and related mobile and internet services, (collectively, the "Services") enabling users (“user” or “you”) to connect and use the Services.
HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA
We may collect personal data from:
You, when you provide data to us voluntarily and/or we collect it with your consent, such as when you create an account;
Use of the Services, including the smart court service, App, website, and court units;
Feedback that you provide to us, including when you suggest features or request support;
Video, which comes from courts marked with Zenniz signs. When playing on Zenniz courts you are always recorded, but only when you activate the Services are the recordings stored. In case of tournaments played on Zenniz Courts, your play may always be recorded. Avoid the recording area if you don’t want to accidentally appear in the videos;
Information collected automatically, such as through cookies and other similar technology when you interact with our website, App, or other similar technology;
Your club may provide data about you to our servers, such as tournament participation information. Clubs may have access to a separate online platform from users within the Services, to manage the use of the Services within the Club; and
Social media and other third-party services, such as when you interact with us through social media, or you register using a third-party service.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We may collect several different types of personal data such as:
ACCOUNT DATA
Your name.
Gender.
Date of birth.
Contact details, including:
Email address;
Phone number;
Account ID;
Username; and
Login credentials.
For paid Services, we collect:
Sales and purchase event data;
Order and contract details; and
Delivery information, including, billing and shipping addresses and credit card details.
PROFILE DATA
Nickname, profile picture, country code, language preference, and time zone.
Playing hand (right, left, or both), backhand type (one-handed or two-handed), height, weight, and fitness level.
Tennis club membership, trainer, and game partners.
Highest level of play.
Preferences for marketing and communication.
COMMUNICATION
Communications between Zenniz and you, such as support requests or questions through email.
Feedback that you may provide us, which includes content of the feedback and the sender’s contact information.
WEBSITE, MOBILE DEVICE, APP, AND USAGE DATA
Device information (including: MAC address, IP address, wireless connection info, OS type/version, app version number, push notification identifier, time zone, language, log files, mobile network info).
Usage data (including, visits, clicks, downloads, and sent/received messages).
Log information (system and exception logs when using the App).
Location information (precise or non-precise geo-location data).
COURT UNITS AND VIDEO RECORDING
Zenniz courts use video cameras to take videos of the players.
Tracking of ball and player movements and making automated stats and insights via video cameras and audio sensors.
Transferring videos and other data to Zenniz internet Services for sharing with trainers, clubs, and players.
STATISTICAL PROFILE AND SEGMENT DATA
Customer and marketing segments and profiles derived by statistical analysis of the data listed above in the previous sections.
PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATA
Publicly available data, such as a player’s World Tennis Number or other information relating to users as players, such as national federation rankings.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
We may use your personal data to:
Provide Services
Activate, manage, provide, and personalize the Services and Zenniz operations.
Process orders and payments and authenticate user access.
Personalize content and the user experience.
Maintain data security, including for fraud prevention.
Improve and develop the Services
Analyze data to improve and develop the Services and our business, including, but not limited to our software.
Sell user data
As a part of our Services, we may sell your personal data to you, clubs, trainers, and/or others.
Benchmark players
Analyze and compare user data to create benchmark statistics.
Non-marketing communication
Send Services updates and administrative information.
Provide support and respond to your inquiries.
Marketing communications (according to your preferences and consent)
Send electronic marketing and promotional communications. An opt-out option is provided in each communication; and
Display advertisements based on usage.
Comply with legal and contractual obligations
Process personal data as required for legal obligations; and
Enforce our terms of service.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may share your personal data with third party service provides in connection and as a part of our Services, including but not limited to:

RevenueCat (subscription management); and

We may share your personal data with Zenniz affiliates, which are legal entities that control or are controlled by Zenniz.

We may share your personal data to professional advisors when it is necessary for them to provide services to us. Professional advisors include auditors, lawyers, insurers, and other similar services.

We may disclose your personal data in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction or investments involving Zenniz or an affiliate of Zenniz.

We may disclose your personal data to public authorities’, law enforcement, and others to comply with legal obligations, law enforcement requests, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.
ON OUR SERVICES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
We may share personal data on our Services and third party services including:
Social media platforms (when you share content with Zenniz);
Other users of the Services (when you have a shared session with other users on court, or when share activity data with other users);
Clubs and/or trainers (when you associate your profile with a club, or when you play a tournament at a club which uses the Services);
The public (when you publish your activity data or participate in leaderboards, and on-court during practice sessions and matches); and
With your consent for other purposes.
COOKIES
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect data from you, through certain automatic tracking technology, like Cookies. We use Cookies and similar tracking technology to improve your experience with our Services. “Cookies” are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. that help us remember and identify your preferences, analyze site traffic, and improve functionality.
Cookies that we may use include:
Essential / Strictly necessary Cookies = essential for the functioning of parts the Services, like the website, and they cannot be turned off. They enable for example users to access our Services through their own accounts, for us to maintain security, and to support the users access to the Services.
Functional / Preference Cookies = allow Zenniz to remember choices you have made in the past, like your username and password for automatic log-ins.
Performance / Statistics Cookies = enable Zenniz to track how you use and interact with the Services, so that the Services can be improved.

Zenniz has entities in the United States and Finland. Your personal data may be processed in the United States and transferred between states and countries, when we carry out activities related to our Services, business and those activities outlined in this Policy. Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may altering some of the personal data within you profile and account after your profile and account has been created.
