Zenniz Launches GEN2 Outdoor Unit, Expanding Smart Tennis Court Technology to New Surfaces

Zenniz, the leading provider of smart tennis court technology, has officially launched its first outdoor system, GEN2. Previously available exclusively for indoor courts, the Zenniz solution now extends its reach to both outdoor hard and clay courts.

The GEN2 outdoor unit was initially piloted at the Bel Air Tennis Club´s hard court in Spain earlier this year. It is now also available at Finland’s premier clay court facility, Kalastajatorppa Tennis Club, and hard court in Laajasalo, Helsinki.

GEN2 reimagines the role of technology on the tennis court. Featuring a refined design inspired by Scandinavian simplicity and elegance, the system enhances the playing experience with an intuitive interface and powerful functionality. A large LED panel and a 21.5” touchscreen provide clear, real-time access to statistics and video playback. At its core, GEN2 is powered by Zenniz’s patented electronic line-calling technology, which combines sound and video to precisely detect ball placement in real time.

In addition to accurate line tracking, GEN2 supports the integration of multiple video cameras, enabling high-quality streaming and advanced video analysis from various angles.

Fully compatible with outdoor and indoor courts, GEN2 is expected to further accelerate Zenniz’s strong growth in both the U.S. and European markets.
